Each consumer reported viewing YouTube videos allegedly featuring Elon Musk, wherein “Musk” promised to double the cryptocurrency investment made by an investor who utilized the text link or QR code provided in the video or its description. The websites through which these consumers invested their funds—http://getbonusx2.com and https://getx2.net/—are currently offline and inaccessible.
