These regulatory bodies generally update their black list lists to help investors against fraudulent financial services.

Since the beginning of 2024, AMF and ACPR have added 51 unauthorized Forex investment websites and 50 unauthorized crypto-asset derivative platforms to the list.

The AMF and ACPR maintain regularly updated lists of unauthorized financial service providers on the following platforms:

- AMF Protect Épargne website
It is important to note that these lists are not exhaustive, as new unauthorized entities frequently emerge.
How to Verify Authorized Investment Service Providers
To ensure the legitimacy of a financial service provider, investors are encouraged to check the following official registers:

- Financial Investment Advisors and Crowdfunding Intermediaries Register: www.orias.fr/search
- Crowdfunding Service Providers List: Available on the AMF website
If an intermediary does not appear on any of these lists, it is strongly advised to avoid engaging with their services. Unauthorized entities operate outside the law and are not required to adhere to investor protection regulations, including transparency and complaint-handling mechanisms.
